BOBBIN & ROVING UNWINDING
For the integration of fiber reinforcements into a matrix material or for the production of technical textiles on various production machines. Our bobbin and roving unwinding rack solutions are available for inside and outside drawing.
The S&H unwinding rack systems are customized to the application and space requirements. They are available with driven or undriven spool collets for different bobbin diameters. Adjustable mechanical or electrical brakes ensure the ideal tension and roving feeding. To minimize the friction, wear, and particle dust on the way from the spool to the process machine the contact surfaces can be made of a special low friction hard chromium coating.
