Automated press Loading & Unloading

Robots and devices made by Schmidt & Heinzmann are able to conduct loading and unloading of presses automatically.

Customized and special gripper systems enable a precise loading of presses. Schmidt & Heinzmann is able to realize automation for all press brands worldwide.

Mostly clamping or needle grippers are used for loading, whereas for unloading multifunctional vacuum grippers are taking care of the pressed parts.

The following additional features are available

  • Multi-function gripper system for loading of press and unloading of part/component
  • Robot system manufacturer: Fanuc, ABB or Kuka with light carrier weight up to 700 kg
  • System prepared for easy change of products by gripper coupling and technical system
